Admission Process

Inquiry and Application

Prospective parents are encouraged to connect with the admissions team through “Our Enquiry form” or “Contact Us” Tab on the website or campus visits to learn about UIS’s philosophy and offerings. The formal process begins with submission of the completed application form available on the official UIS admissions portal.

Assessment and Interaction

On scrutiny of the application form and if the criteria for age are met, Applicants are invited to participate in a holistic assessment process tailored to the student’s grade level. This typically includes a cognitive and communication evaluation, as well as activities designed to gauge creativity, critical thinking, and social skills.

Review and Selection

The admission committee reviews the submitted form along with assessment outcomes and the selection decision is communicated to the parent, accompanied by guidance on the next step including submission of mandatory documents, payment of fees and the last date for completion of admission formalities.

Enrollment and Orientation

Upon acceptance, families complete the enrollment formalities including document submission and fee payment. New students and parents are then invited to orientation sessions that introduce them to UIS’s unique culture, values, and academic expectations.
